1. Some products support customization within a reasonable range, so any additional labor and material costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Therefore, please be informed in advance of any delays in the project timeline.

Due to non-standard production, customer service personnel need to contact the carpenter in their own factory to inquire about the impact of size changes on product structure, safety, and other aspects, as well as the required wood and construction period. Customers in need should be patient and wait
3. Due to non-standard production, the designers at Da Jiao will draw relevant customized product drawings based on the customer's requirements. After the drawings are completed, we will confirm with the customer for finalization and then proceed with customized production;
4. All non-standard customized products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

Regarding shipment: Inventory and spot goods will be shipped within 3 days, and production will be arranged according to the agreed time in the order. Please confirm with customer service for non-standard customized delivery periods
Regarding delivery: The default delivery is door-to-door (excluding going upstairs). If it is necessary to transport it upstairs, it must be discussed separately.
Advance communication and measurement: Customers must conduct size measurements before purchase to confirm whether they can enter the household smoothly.
Before the product is shipped, we will communicate with you again to confirm the delivery time and remind you of relevant precautions.

In principle, after the product is shipped, we do not accept return requests that are generally believed to have problems due to subjective factors such as different images, color differences, wood grain preferences, unsuitable size, odor, and texture.
If you find any quality issues with the goods within seven days of receiving them and need to return or exchange them, after confirmation by customer service, we can arrange a return or exchange for you, and the cost of the return or exchange will be borne by us.
We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been received for more than a week. Therefore, please check the condition of the products promptly after receiving them.
If you need to return or exchange goods, please be sure to contact us and follow the return and exchange process provided by our staff frequently. If you do not follow the relevant return and exchange process, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

All products purchased from Da Jiao Mu Chuang are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you find any quality issues during use, you can contact our customer service. The pick-up and drop off times are arranged by us; During transportation, items must be packaged according to the seller's requirements to avoid secondary damage. (Special note: the warranty is only implemented in the sales coverage area of Dajiao Muchuang in Chinese Mainland, and other regions can only provide technical support as far as possible at present)
The bumps, slight deformations, and possible minor cracks caused by use are all caused by the characteristics of the wood itself, and are not quality issues and are not covered by the warranty.
